Charice Pempengco - a star is born

how many of us has heard about Charice Pempengco.She is only 16 years old and has been in the Oprah's show and now has been singing on stage with Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, ALicia Keys and many more. Under David Foster's supervision, she can be a superstar.
